Lindstrom & Company is a commercial real estate development company that is excited to be bringing such well-known and sought-after brands to Phenix City, according to company owner and developer Scott Lindstrom.
This new development is set to sit on 11.6 acres and serve the community with new restaurants, medical care, car services and more. Plus, with new business comes new job opportunities, and this new development is expected to bring ample job opportunities with it.

So what companies can you expect this project to bring to town? Confirmed retailers involved in this new business development in Phenix City off Highway 280 North include Starbucks, Chipotle, Outback Steakhouse, Valvoline and Peachtree Immediate Care.
There are also two more available spaces that have yet to be leased.
Phenix City Mayor Eddie Lowe told reporters that these establishments are ones that the local community has been requesting for many years.
