The Restaurant
Agave Bar and Grill Columbus is the first southern location for this veteran-owned family business that started in Indiana. A move to Columbus thanks to the military presented an opportunity to expand their restaurant family.
Twin sisters Cynthia Vergara and Evelyn Veloz, along with Evelyn’s husband, Manuel Veloz, saw the perfect location in downtown and thought of the family businesses in Indiana.
So, after some deliberation they set out to renovate 1110 Broadway. Soon, their dream will be a reality and residents and visitors alike will be treated to traditional Mexican dishes packed with flavor!
