Keep your eye out for the official opening of Agave Bar and Grill Columbus in downtown! Soon you will be able to sip made-from-scratch margaritas and authentic Mexican food while enjoying city views and more!
Agave Bar and Grill Columbus is the first southern location for this veteran-owned family business that started in Indiana. A move to Columbus thanks to the military presented an opportunity to expand their restaurant family.
Twin sisters Cynthia Vergara and Evelyn Veloz, along with Evelyn’s husband, Manuel Veloz, saw the perfect location in downtown and thought of the family businesses in Indiana.
So, after some deliberation they set out to renovate 1110 Broadway. Soon, their dream will be a reality and residents and visitors alike will be treated to traditional Mexican dishes packed with flavor!
